What began as a 14-year-old boy with a lawn mower and a vision has grown into a trusted property maintenance company. In 2009, Tavon Parker started his lawn care business with a simple goal: to serve the properties in his local neighborhood while creating an opportunity for himself. His hard work quickly paid off. After earning enough from cutting lawns, Tavon purchased his first truck—though because he was underage, his older brother had to drive it during work hours. What started as a neighborhood hustle became the foundation for something much bigger.

In 2012, Tavon officially established Tavon's Lawn Care LLC, continuing to grow the business through dedication, passion, and a commitment to making every client proud of their property. Over the years, Tavon developed a deep understanding of the lawn care and landscaping industry while building lasting relationships with customers and finding ways to go above and beyond for the community he serves. Today, that same entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellent service continues under the name, Parker Property Solutions. While the name has evolved, our foundation has not.
